Hi

can anyone help me on how to fix this problem? FRM-40735 : ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

I've already try to recompile all the libraries (ctrl+shft+K) and didn't encounter any error. but still this error shows after i finally run the form.

by the way i'm trying to run a customized form. can anyone advise me on what to do?
