Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 673231

Hi ,

What does "Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 673231"  because  my database returns this warning.
What have I to do to make the problem no longer appears.

And  I have :  "Checkpoint not complete"
