Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

what is the supported path for upgrading an environment with only a DEV and PROD environments, no PROD TEST environment is available?

If the Prod Test steps are to be ignored, can you please clarify:

1. Will 'sqlgen.usg' be present in the DEV env in order to proceed with the PRDO upgrade?

2. If the 'sqlgen.usg' is not available, what scripts should be used for the PROD upgrade?
