Install Oracle Database 11 g instead of SQL 2008 Database

Dears,

i am working on the Oracle PCM (Oracle Primavera Contract Manager 13.0) which is implemented with respective to the SQL Database and it is working properly. now the version 14 is launched and i would like to install the Oracle Databse instead of the MS-SQL 2008. Could you please send me Instructions  about the installation of the Oracle dtabase.

Currently, i am downloading 2 files (Win32 11gR2 Database (1 of 2) and Win32 11g R2 2 of 2 and there are a lot of files like (Win32  11gR2 Client , etc..). could you please advise which the necessary files to download ORACLE Database 11g?
