Error in Opening any of forms at Purchasing and Inventory

Hi,

I am trying to open any of window from Puchasing option or Inventorey following below error occured. I have checked all profile option as at repsonsibility and user level.

APP-PO-14142: po_moac_utils_pvt.initialize-010: ORA-20001
