Promotion Disconnection - Not Creating Promotion Component line items

Dear All,

We have created the Customizable Product CP1 and CP2. Product Promotion Prom1, is created and under that CP1 and CP2 is attached.

Order was created which includes three root line items Prom1,CP1 and CP2 and asseted.

In Installed Assets View, after clicking on Disconnect button the promotion is going with Delete action code but the CP1 and CP2 line items are not getting created with Update action code.

We have checked the Workflow "ISS Promotion Disconnect Integration SubProcess" and there is difference between Sample and Development Environment's Workflow.

But the same is working as expected in Sample application but not in Development environment.
