I want to show records, even if there are no results

I have created a report for sales meetings.  Within this report I have a pivot table.  The results of the pivot table show all the meetings and meeting dates going down the left side.  The top of the pivot table shows the reservations status (i.e. attended, no show, rsvp, cancel, etc.)

The pivot table only lists the meetings that have some sort of reservation attached to it.  If a certain meeting has nobody reserved, or attended, etc, it will not show up on the report.

I do I get my report to show ALL meetings, regardless of whether or not someone has rsvp'd, attended, etc.
