PO Approval Error when using Link from Approval Email request.

General question for the community:

We are using PO Approval workflow and everything works fine and dandy if the user logs into E1 and then goes to the P43081 and approves the PO. Our issue comes when the user tries to click the link in the email that is sent to the Approver stating that a PO is awaiting their approval we get the following error

Status Flow Not Setup (Error Code 0425). My question for the Group is has anyone had this issue? Any Ideas as to what could cause this type of error?
