Responsibility

I am not sure which community to post this question...

I need to restrict a responsibility for entering the Journal in Oracle eBusiness 11.5.10.2 and to enable user just to APPROVE and POST. I tried to exclude 'Enter Journals' to do this, it removed the function - 'Journals', however now the Approve button has also disappeared from the 'Review Batch' screen so the user has nowhere to Approve a journal.

Please help.
