Customer Issue on Diagnostics - SQLException: Closed Connection
Hi,
Facing below issue mentioned in "E-Business Suite Diagnostic Tools FAQ and Troubleshooting Guide for Release 11i and R12 (Doc ID 235307.1)",
get error in "Security" TAB : SQLException: Closed Connection
After following the solution of removing files in _pages directory, things work fine for few days.
However the issue gets repeated again after a week or so.
As the issue is happening on PROD box, and cannot keep on bouncing the services.
Any further suggestions to resolve this issue completely ?
EBS: 11.5.10.2
Patch Oracle Diagnostics 2.5 RUP A (5914893) is installed
Patch Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Diagnostic Tools, Nov 2008 - 8.11 (7530017) is installed
