Possible network disconnect with primary database

Hi,

I  have the following message in my log file,
Is the connection between the primary and secondary database that has a cut or   the primary database disconnnected whith  the network

RFS[1]: Successfully opened standby log 4: '/fsdata/system/stby_redo_1a.dbf'
