Desktop Integration Administration

Hi all,

I am trying to install and do some R&D on Desktop Integration Administration. I have downloaded the client installer (MSI) and customization package for Oracle CRM on Demand Desktop.

I then published the customization package. Now I am trying to install client installer, after Double clicking the installer Oracle CRM on Demand Desktop 1.0.2.1.exe, it’s throwing an error saying that “Current Microsoft outlook version 12.0.6316.5000(32 bit) is not supported by product.”

I am using MS Outlook 2007 12.0.6316.5000 version.

Could you please suggest me a work around to resolve this issue?
