ZFS vs Highend Storages

Hi All;
There are large storage boxes from EMC, HDS (and their OEM customer HP) and IBM on customer DC and they use RAID in the box and just provide a single LUN to the system.
They would like us to configure it on ZFS.
Due to lacking of replicating, we can’t eliminate the data corruption on ZFS.
I am wondering whether best practice exist for Highend Storage - ZFS migration , providing the LUNs as a separated disk or grouping them in small-size disks as raid grups on storage side and adding the replicating capability with ZFS?
Please advice and share related links to me.
