Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question on BSVs in R12?

Hi,

What is the need of BSVs to set at Legal entity and Ledger level?

What is the requiremtnt to assigne the some BSVS to Legal entity level and Some at Ledger level?

Can not we use the BSVs for subledger level (AP,AR) which are assigned to Ledger level ?
