US PAY 2012 Comp Limit Change from 245,000 to 250,000 where is this delivered?

We have applied YE Phase 2 and December vertex but we are seeing the 2012 comp limit as 245,000. According the IRS site it increased to
250,000 for 2012.

Did we miss a step somewhere? I'm looking at thepay_us_federal_tax_info_f tab; this limit is also impacting our match.

(The annual contribution limit shows as 17,000 which is correct.)
