Unable to validate the supplied credentials after upgrade SM9.1.0.1

Hi All,

recently we are planning to upgrade our tools release 8.98.4 to 9.1.01 so i upgraded first my server manager 8.98.4 to 9.1.0.1 after that i am unable to login server manager from jde_admin user id. it is giving error "Unable to validate the supplied credentials" i entered correct password during installation. i am stucked in first step cam  anyone please help me.
