Charge account for Stock in hand

Hi,

In our organisation we have stock in hand for three type of item categories. We are using iprocurement module and we want to define different approval limits for different stock in hand categories.

For e.g. if the category is 'Prize Distribution Items' then a Manager should have an approval limit for say rs. 5000.However for category 'Medicines' the approval limit would be Rs. 3000.

Please advise.The items are requisitioned through iprocurement.
