RAC instance goes down very frequently on node-2

Team,

We have a 2 node RAC setup for a staging database. From the movement it setup, the instance on node2 is frequently goes down without much information in CRS/OCSSD/Alertlogs and traces.

I am unable to find the exact reasons for this.

Can anybody help me to troubleshoot this issue? Please!

DB = 10.2.0.5
OS = Lnx As 4
