in Isupport, primary user not able to assign additional account
in iSupport, primary user has PARTY ACCESS to associate more than one party to the contact , but no Account are visible to make the ACCOUNT ACCESS for creating tickets on behalf of additional parties.
Since only party B is associated and no ACCOUNT information is visible to associate, when I switch PARTY to log a ticket for PARTY B, I see no registered product information.
I am sure I am missing some IBU Permission to the IBU_PRIMARY_USER role or something else to not see ACCOUNT information for the associated party.
