Decimal Data error while deleting P4314.

1. When we tried to delete the PV before posting we are getting the error as Decimal data error and creating the program dump.

2. System is not deleting the voucher and amount open is not restated.

3. sytem is creating additional records in F0911 for tax lines with the same batch at the time of deletion.

4. As per the Oracle document 887856.1 we are unable to replicatee the issue

5. We tried several times but uanble to replicate this issue other than in debug mode.

6. tried to delete match type 2 records in F43121H through SQL. but system can able to delete the PV with out any issues.
