Error Asset Retirement After Reinstatement

 Asset has been incorrectly reinstated. When we try to retire the asset there is an error at save time:

There is no accounting entry template for the transaction you have performed. (Trans Type:RET) (8005,21).

I think this is because of the reinstatement row having Activity_SW  -1 on the PS_COST table. Is there a fix provided by Oracle to prevent this in Peoplesoft 9.0.
