CT Tax Calculation 2012 - Bug 13340198

After applying Vertex 3.0 and the ESU required, our CT Tax Calculations are not correct for 2012.  In most cases our employees are not taxed.  Has anyone else had this result?  We have opened a call with Oracle.support.

Bug 13340198 has been created.  Only the F Marital Status calculates the correct Taxes at present.
