FA Responsibilities required when no security no orgs
We only have GL implemented at this time with many SOB (11i). We are testing FA as our potential next application, one FA book for each GL Book. We have no orgs setup. We have only 2 people managing all FA across all books.
Two questions:
1) Fixed Asset Mgr Resp: While in 11i - if we have no FA security setup, can we use one responsibility like Fixed Asset Manager to transact, report and manager all FA Books? Since all assets for all FA books can be viewed by any FA responsibility I set up, and all reports can be run for any FA Book for any FA responsibilty, I don't see the point of setting individual FAresponsibilities. Each FA Books links in Book Controls to a GL Book. Is there any job that cannot be run for an FA BOOK within a generic responsiblity like
