How to network configure for oracle

Dear all,

Please tell me how can we network configure our oracle applications for client system via internet,

could you please explain us how we can use network for oracle ...

we are using ORACLE EBS 11.5.10.2 version and 9.2.0.6 db version platform REDHAT LINUX 4

here we are facing one issue like

we have 50+ users  40+ users are in other states they connect oracle applications via internet

the users disconnected from the oracle after connecting oracle within 10-20 mins but local users are working fine...

some times get the home page of oracle EBS but forword to login page it give the page cannot be displayed...
