Indivdual Development Planning in Oracle application

Hi All,

Do we have the functionality of Indivdual Development Planning in Oracle application under Peformance Management Module.

I understand there is a finctionality relating to Talent Profile and Succession planning.

My client is asking if we have the option to include Career Path,Career Goal and Career Mentoring in Oracle Application or this functionality is avialble only in Peoplesoft.
