Is it possible to force the Optimizer to use a specific plan?

Hi,
We have a problem that on of our reprots gets a bad plan and the report takes something like 10 times as long. The plan I get in TOAD is much better then the actual plan the query is using.

Can I force the optimizer to use this plan instead?
