Oracle Asset Revaluation and Revaluation Reserve Amortization

I want to Revalue buildings of my client, and create a revaluation reserve, also to amortize the revaluation reserve accordingly for the remaining period of life

Can anyone please suggest what shall i do?

Some of the buidling are on SLM method depreciation for 50 yrs life, and some are on fixed rate of 2.03% 2.32% etc....

your help on this is highly appreciated!!!

In mass revaluation window i dont find amount filed (i find only % ) so if i want to amortize an independent asset by an amount, how can i acheive?
