Instances are up but not showing while using srvctl command

 Hi,
One of the node got rebooted and when checked using the command srvctl its showing only one instance up 
for example: rac1 and rac2 are the two instances on node1 and node2

From node1:
srvctl status database -d rac
Instance rac1 is running on node node1
Instance rac2 is not running on node node2

From node2:
srvctl status database -d rac
Instance rac1 is not running on node node1
Instance rac2 is running on node node2

It will not show any details at of the other instance at DB level also.
