Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How does the CIP field of capital projects gets updated with the cost.

I have problem in getting the project cost in CIP field of Capital projects,when does this field get updated by the cost.
