GL posting tables

We are on Oracle application 12.1.3 and have average daily balancing (adb) turned on in a few of the ledgers. 

Over the weekend, the following two tables were dropped:

GL.GL_DAILY_POST_INT1

GL.GL_DAILY_POST_INT2

And now posting on those adb books is erroring out because of the missing tables.

Are those tables and new in R12 and are those only used when adb is turned on in ledgers?

Also, Does anyone have the scripts to re-create those tables?
