Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hard Errors?

I've recently ran the (iostat -E) command and found the following errors
"sd2 Soft Errors: 82 Hard Errors:14 Transport Errors:0"

Sorry i'm new to the UNIX enviroment and i'm trying to get a grasp on all this.

My questions is does this mean that I need to replace this disk
