Global settings

We are now on 12.1.3 and are having some issues with converted data, specifcally with resepct to Global elements.

Issue #1:

1) CPA and PO converted

2) PO does not allow user to enter CPA in the source document -- is this related to a global setting? All the terms (Supplier, Site, Amount Agreed, dates) all correspond with PO.

Issue #2:

1) New CPA being created out of the Core form. Clicking in teh Effective dates pops up FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Have seent this only when someone else is in the same record, but this is being created for the first time. I don't believe this is  DB lock.
