Dears,

i have installed successfully the Oracle Database  11g (win32_11gR2_database_1of2) and (win32_11gR2_database_2of2) and i obtained the below list in the start menu-Programs in windows XP Pro:

Oracle-OraDB11g_home3

                       Application Development

                      Configuration and Migration Tools

                      Integrated Management Tools

                      Oracle Installation Products

                      Warehouse Builder

                       Database Control-Orcl

Could you please advise, from where i should start to control the Database (Please note that i am expert in the MS-SQL and  currently, i am the administrator of the SQL-Database which (i can check the Data and do Queries and Backup the Data and restore it in case of any problem). how can i get the same with Oracle?
