Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Why is there 2 seperate menus in R12 for creation/updating customers records.

--Customers

--Standard.

After upgrade to R12, which menu should be used to update/modify customers?

We use the standard customer interface tables in 11i, After upgrade to R12,we plan to use the same Interface tables?
