ORA-25307: Enqueue rate too high, flow control enabled

Hi DBAs,



DB=10.2.0.4
OS= LNX AS4
ORA-25307: Enqueue rate too high, flow control enabled.

I have bounced propagation (on source) and apply process ( on target). But the following error is keep on showing.

shared_pool_size = 600MB

alert-

Can anybody help me out to fix this alert.
