Organization Hierachy use for Financial Plan data aggregation
Is it possible to use the Organization Hierarchy data in order to aggregate Financial Plan data?
We have 3 levels in the Organization Hierarchy.
2nd level contains about 60 organizations.
3rd level contains about 600 organizations.
Additionaly there are 15 expenditure categories.
The customer wants to plan at the expnenditure category and 2nd level organization.
Project expenditures are to be entered at the 3rd level organization (with expenditure type belonging to one of the 15 categories).
I have created a resource list (planning resource list) group by expenditure category having all the 2nd level organizations listed (per each of 15 expenditure categories).
I have used it to create financial plan (cost budget).
