US PAY: Pennsylvania Act 32

We have Oracle 11i, and we have updated the current patches for the year 2011 phase 2 and year begin 2012.  I don't see anywhere in oracle to put the PSD code for the Act 32 in the employees local tax area.  Can anyone explain where I put these codes in oracle?
