Anyone using W lne types for transfer orders

We have products that require the "W" line type as are only produced on a made to order basis. We transfer these products from one branch to the other and would like to use this line type on a transfer order, however have issues with the work order that gets created from the transfer order as it does not get updated when the order is updated. The transfer order creates the PO and the WO, however in the P4210 program it uses only one field RORN as a reference for either a PO or a WO and then it updates
