Intransit shipping item's cost calculation

  We have setup shipping network between two inventory organizations. Transfer type is 'Intransit' and FOB is 'Shipment'. Now we have some questions regarding cost calculation. We transfer an item from org A with quantity 1382 @ 634.47. When we received that item in org B , it is showing us the quantity as 1382 @ 634.43. We have worked out the way system is calculating this. It is considering the quantity & rate from org A and takes into cosideration the current value and quantity of this item in org B which is qty = 581.11 @ 634.33 which is
