Querying Oracle Support data (SRs) remotely via API / ODBC
Hi all,
I am looking for an answer to the following question:
"Can I query information regarding my open SRs via a remote protocol (API/ODBC etc) without having to log on to the MySupport site?"
Essentially I am looking to produce an automated report which lists our open SRs, last update date/time and status; currently this task is performed manually and seems like a totally unnecessary activity.
I have done a fair bit of KB and googling but unfortunately I keep getting flooded with "Oracle ODBC instructions" etc and not info on how to actually query Oracle itself. Any help would be much appreciated.
