Error PRVF-5322 Poping out during 11.2.0.2 database installation on Solaris x64

I have the following error poping out during the 11.2.0.2 database installation using the standalone server option for the installation

ERRORMSG(HOST1): PRVF-5322 : Failed to get the CRS user name for CRS home "/u01/app/11.2.0.2/grid/Product"

After I click OK, the installation is getting terminated.

The standalone grid installation is complete without any errors.
