Email concurrent output automatically

Hi,
We are using Oracle EBS 12.0.6.
We have a concurrent that generate excel document output. Is there a way so the concurrent will email it's output automatically?
I found one article that explain how to do that, but it is using utl_mail and since we are using authenticated mail server we can not use utl_mail.
