Balance Forward Billing - External Templates

 I am  working on a External Template for Balance Forward Billing.I am able to Map the Fields in my RTF file to the Data Columns and it works fine for the Header Level.
For the Lines it Does not loop through.It just prints the First row.
How can this be fixed?
