Tools Release 9.1 Questions

Dear All,

Recently we upgraded the tools release to 9.1, we want to know about below new features:

is there any ESU need to be apply for TR9.1?

Reports are not opening directly in PDF when we selecting any recent report it is going to view job status application. it should be open directly in PDF because this is working on JDE live demo website. what could be problem?

some users can not see recent reports which they submitted why?

can not add any applcation in favorite after add to favorite it is not coming in favorite folder why?
