need help for taking full database backup from 7.1.4.3.2 database os is novell 5.1 (spx protocol)

Hi everybody,

I am trying to take backup from 7.1.4.3.2 database os is novell 5.1 (spx protocol) but i am failed. i am failedto  connect  database  by using oracle  database 7 administrative tools. it shows spx protocol error.

please help me if there have any other way to take backup from the database. actually i have no details idea about novell operating system.
