User Preference issue

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)
Hi,

Users are having following issue with the user preference,

They had modified a applet and added some 4 new columns to it, Users are having user preference set on this applet in terms of column display. Now due to these changes in the applet, User preference are not working for them, The applet layout is as per it's new layout definition in Siebel Tools.

If user is reverting back to old srf then the user preference is working fine for then, columns are shown to the users as per user preference defined.

Provided following update to customer on the issue,
