Error during Oracle 11 GRID for RAC installation

Hello,

I'm trying to install Oracle RAC11 on Windows 2008 R2 64bit server with 2 nodes.

i have 2 nodes:

rac1.ops.local and rac2.ops.local

both nodes are registered with DNS in AD

Both servers have 2 nics:

one with public ip (185.2.x.x) (255.255.0.0) with assigned name rac1.ops.local and rac2.ops.local

one with private network ip (192.168.x.x) (255.255.255.0) with assigned name rac1-vip.ops.local and rac2-vip.ops.local

I have configured a SCAN adress within DNS: OPS-TESTRAC.ops.local

On both nodes i have a domain administrator account

and additionally a local administrators account named oracle with identically passwords on both servers
