Cant install SQLT - cant connect as SQLTXPLAIN

Hi,
Im trying to install SQLT. The installation process ask for:

Specify optional Connect Identifier (as per Oracle Net)
Include "@" symbol, ie. @PROD
If not applicable, enter nothing and hit the "Enter" key

I have tried with SID (TESTDB) and SERVICE NAME (TESTDB.mydomain.local) and leaving it blank, nothing works. I cant connect as SQLTXPLAIN

Any ideas?
