carrier manifesting - trading partner setup

Hi Allwe are trying to setup xml gateway to enable carrier manifesting integration

We need to use Shipment request message to send out delivery information

We enabled the carrier manifesting flag on the  inv org form (for the ship from INV ORG)
We enable the flag carrier manifesting on the carrier setup form for the carrier used in the deliveries
In xml gateway we setup  the SHIP FROM Location as trading partner with the OUT process (WSH_SSNO_OAG721_OUT) - into source trading partner location code we place TEST1 code that is the edi location in the location definition form
