[INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed. during update 11.2.0.1 -> 11.2.0.2

Hello,

I'm performing an update of a fresh oracle grid infrastucture installation.

first I installed Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11gR2 11.2.0.1  as a full 11.2.0.2 instalaltion is not available for download.

during this installation the error occurs

[INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed.
Cause - The plug-in failed in its perform method  Action - Refer to the logs or contact Oracle Support Services.  Log File Location
C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2012-01-02_05-12-46AM.log

I've seached oracle support network and found that this a version specific bug thats been fixed in 11.2.02

But now wihle applying the patch i got this error too
